White qamis for men
The colour of simplicity and purity, white remains the classic choice for Friday and Eid mornings. Our Emirati qamis comes in pure white and cream white.

Pure white
Bright and crisp, pure white is the choice for special occasions: Friday prayer, Eid, weddings. The fitted cut of our Emirati qamis, with its collar and cord, gives it a look that is both understated and refined.
The fabric is opaque: no see-through effect, even in white.

Cream white
Softer than pure white, cream white warms the complexion and goes well with keffiyehs and natural tones. A white you can wear to the mosque as easily as every day.
Keeping a white qamis bright
Wash it with whites only, at 30 °C maximum, on a delicate cycle.
Choose a gentle detergent without bleaching agents, to protect the fibres.
Treat stains as soon as possible, locally, before washing.
Dry it hanging, in the shade, then iron it on a low setting, inside out.
Frequently asked questions
The white qamis: your questions
Why is white so often worn on Fridays and for Eid?
White is associated with purity and simplicity. According to a hadith reported by at-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, the Prophet ﷺ recommended white clothes, “among the best of your clothes”. Many therefore choose it for Friday prayer and celebrations.
Pure white or cream white: which one?
Pure white is the brightest and most formal. Cream white, softer, goes better with warm tones, and small marks show a little less. Both come in the same sizes and lengths.
Is a white qamis see-through?
No. Our qamis are cut from an opaque fabric, chosen to stay modest even in white, including during long prayers.
Which size should I choose?
The size (M to XL) depends on your build, the length (54 to 62) on your height. Our size guide explains both, and the “Find my size” button on the product page does the maths for you.
